2. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, products, orders, and agreements made through this website.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

3. Products & Information

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, packaging, or appearance may occur.

Product descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

Prices do not include:

• Import duties

• Customs fees

• Local taxes imposed by authorities in the destination country

These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Payments are securely processed via Shopify-supported payment providers. We do not store payment details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners in China.

Estimated delivery time (United States):
7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs clearance, shipping carriers, public holidays, or force majeure are beyond our control.

Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Swiftsell B.V. is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, or taxes determined by local authorities.

Failure or refusal to pay these fees does not entitle the customer to a refund.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours after being placed.

After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be cancelled.

8. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the day the order is delivered.

Conditions for returns:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging

• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer

• Certain items (including hygiene-sensitive or personalized products) are non-returnable

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo or video evidence.

We will, at our discretion:

• Send a replacement, or

• Issue a refund

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swiftsell B.V. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of profit or revenue

• Improper or unintended use of products

Our total liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
