How quickly can you answer my question?

We respond to messages and emails in the order they are received.
You can expect a reply within 24–48 business hours.

For faster assistance, please include your order number in your message.


Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

Orders are processed quickly. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at support@sleep-fuel.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

While we will do our best to make corrections, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.


How long is the processing time?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed.

Most orders are prepared within 24 hours, but during high-volume periods processing may take up to 3 business days.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.


How long does shipping take?

United States:
Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Weather or holiday disruptions

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide.

International delivery times vary depending on location and customs processing.


Will my order arrive in one package?

Depending on the size of your order, items may be shipped separately.
If so, packages may arrive a few days apart.


What happens if an item is out of stock?

If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will contact you by email.

If the item cannot be restocked within a reasonable time, we will issue a refund for that item.


How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear.


Why isn’t my tracking number updating?

Tracking updates may take several days to appear, especially for international shipments.

If your tracking has not updated after several business days, please contact us at support@sleep-fuel.com and we’ll assist you.


My tracking says “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive my order.

If your tracking shows “Delivered,” we recommend:

  1. Checking with household members or neighbors

  2. Checking around your delivery location

  3. Contacting your local postal carrier

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us and we will assist you in investigating the matter.


I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?

We’re sorry about that!

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or video evidence

We will review the case and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund.


What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original, unopened packaging

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

Opened packages are considered used and are not eligible for return or refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours after being placed.

After this period, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled.
